Couch to 5k Day 1
I finished day one and honestly it was easy as pie. Walk for ten minutes and jog for two? Who know training for a 5k would start up this easy.
Since I’m all gung ho about losing weight I decided to try to do the 30 day shred by jillian michaels again and I realized why I gave up on it before. That shit gets tough when you are out of shape. Like I was panting within the first 5 minutes.
