last week I gave in and weighed myself, 193.0 lbs.
this week I caved in and weighed myself, 188.6 lbs.
I’m doing it, I’m actually doing it.
day three of the shred, done.
It’s progressively getting easier as my body begins to recognize the movements, but once I move onto the next week, it won’t know what hit it.
If anyone would like a suggestion to music to listen to while working out, I would suggest songza. Depending on the time of day or the mood you are in or whatever activity you’re doing (and I mean any activity, they have a getting lucky playlist) they have a playlist of music for you. You can even pick the genre of music you want the songs to be (I usually pick indie).
Well, I’m going to go do some laps in my pool.

I’ve never been more sore after a workout than I have with the shred. I still feel the aftermath of day 1 and that was 2 days ago. Tomorrow should be a fun time.
Also, does anyone know any healthy options at the Cheesecake Factory?
I’m going there for my sister birthday tomorrow and I heard some of their salads contain more calories than what you are suppose to eat in one day.
